cumin seed	grams	1
garlic	clove	8

green corriandor	bunch	1
Musterd Oil	tbsp	6
Tomato	big	3
Directions \| How to make Original Baigan Bharata

Give a long cut in the Baigan vertically. Insert 3-4 garlic cloves, 1-2 green chillis and all cumin seed in that cut. After that coat the baigan with some Musterd oil, just few drops of oil. After that baigan and tomato should be cooked in the oven, as you did in your vedio. tomato cooks early, remove that from oven oinly. Let Baigna get cooked as well.Remove the outer layer from Baigan and tomato,as you did after they are cooked in thw oven . After that add raw ingredients, finally chopped garlic, green chilli, green coriander and Salt to test. And add Musterd Oil 4-5 spoon. Mix well and test that. Trust me it will bring wonders to you…......
	Serving Ideas
	Server it with Bati / Bhavari. Else with Phulka / Chapati. Goes great with Dal and Chawal.
