Method:
1.Melt fat. Saute ladies fingers for about 10 minutes. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and prawns.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add water, tomato puree and bay leaves.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Add Tabasco.
4. Put 1/4 cup rice in each of 6 soup bowls 5. Fill with gumbo.
