Directions | How to make PUMPKIN - CHILLY CURRY
 

1. Heat Oil in cooker to fry fenugreek, chilly (sliced in to two pieces) and ginger. Later add Water, tamarid paste, salt and Turmeric powder. Allow to cook for 5 mins. 2. Fry Chopped onion and sliced Garlic in kadai. Drop in cooker. Add pumpkin pieces to the mixture. Allow to Cook for 5 mins. 3. Open and Smash well with spoon. For flavour add fried Mustard seeds, Curry Leaf , Asafoetida in oil.

Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Add coconut milk to make less spicy. Best with Idli, Dosai, Upma and Venpongal
