1.peel and cut potatoes and pumpkin into 2.5 cm.(1)'' cubes.cut brinjals into even sized pieces.shell peas.
2.heat fat.fry red chillies broken into small pieces,and slit green chillies,mixed spices and curry leaves.add vegetables and saute.
