Making of paddu batter :-
Wash rice, Methi, and both the dals and soak it in the morning. Grind it in the evening. Before grinding remove all the water and grind it well by adding 3tea spoons of cooked rice, while grinding put very less water. It should be thicker than dosa batter. Put baking soda mix it well close it and Keep for fragmentation over night. Next day morning add salt and keep aside.

Put 3 tea spoon of oil in kadai heat it, put � th tea spoon of mustard seeds, � th tea spoon of cumin seeds,� th tea spoon of chana dal, � th tea spoon of urad dal, chopped chilly3 to 4, chopped onion 1 fry it and add it to paddu batter and mix it well.

Finally, Heat the paddu tava.Put little bit oil in all the holes of the tava then put paddu batter in all the holes, leave it for 1 min in a medium heat then turn paddu�s one by one to bake the other side of the paddu. Let it bake till it turns to brown color. Take out all paddu�s one by one in a plate. Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
