1. Clean and cut meat into even sized pieces . 2. Apply turmeric and salt and set aside . 3. Grate and extract thick coconut milk . 4. Slice onions .Roast and powder all spices except fennel . 5. Roast fennel seperately and powder . 6. Heat oil .Saute onions .Add meat and fry .Cover and cook on a slow fire in its own juice . 7. When all the liquid has evaporated ,add thick coconut milk and roasted and powdered spices . 8. Let it dry. Add fennel powder and lime juice .Remove from fire .
