Directions | How to make Palak Green Chilli Dosa
 
Cut the onions in small fine pieces and set aside. Put garlic,coriander leaves,green chillies in a mixer jar and make a fine paste adding little water. Boil the Spinach leaves and grind it to make fine paste. In a bowl take 100gm of rava,25gm of besan, 25gm of Rice flour. Now add to it spinach paste, green chiilli coriander and garlic paste.Add cinemon ,salt to taste.Mix all the ingredients well adding water and make mixture so that we can prepare dosa's(pancake). Heat the pan and put little oil on it. Now spread the little quantity of mixture on the pan making thing paper dosa'a. Bake ot from both sides adding little oil. serve hot.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Whenever you are planning to do dosa's with rava,just soke it for atleast 1 hour so it will be more crispy and thin. You can eat it without any chutneys as itself it is spicy but if you want you can have sauce or tanarind sweet chutney .

About Palak Green chilli dosa
It is a instant snack that needs no preparation time. Whenever somebody comes my home uninformed i mostly go with such snack. Because we have tradition of "Athithi devo bhava". So my athithi's are happy so do i. All the ingredients are mostly available at home. If spinach is not available then also you can prepare it without spinach. As rava is added it gives crispy texture to dosa'a. If you have ample time then better to soak rava in water 1 hour before so you will see difference in your dosa'a.
