Directions \| How to make Paneer Burji

Fry the onions in the butter alongwith the curry leaves, till golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry few minutes. Then add turmeric, jeera-dhania powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. Then add the paneer and stir fry for a minute. Mix in the cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tastes yummy with Roti/Naan, or even with Bread.
