Description : An Indian sweet which would taste like Rasamalai. Can be made for any occasionand very easy to make.

Directions | How to make Paneer Malpuva
 
Paneer Malpuva Ingredients: Semolina/Sooji 1/2 cup All purpose flour 1/2 cup Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) 1/2 tin Baking Powder 2 TSP Grated Cottage cheese 1 cup Sugar 1 1/2 cup Kesar (colour) a pinch Nuts Fresh cream Cardomom powder 1/2 TSP Procedure: Lets make a sugar syrup by mixing the sugar in water till it completely dissolves. Mix the flour, Semolina , baking powder and Kesar to make a liquid paste. Let it set for 1 Hour. Add the grated paneer along with the above paste and make a fine blend in a blender adding. very little water. Pour the contents in a container and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and take a spoon of the above mix and put in in the hot oil and fry it till it becomes crisp. Remove from oil and drain the excess oil. Put it in a plate to cool. After it cools drop it in the sugar syrup. Let it dip for 2-3 mins. Remove from syrup and set it in a plate. Add cream and nut toppings and serve hot or cold.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Just fry the paner batter only till it becomes crisp. Do not let it turn brown Can be served hot or be refrigerated and had as a cold desert.
