1. Wash and soak pulao rice. 2.shell peas. 3. Drain rice, slice onions. 4. Heat fat. fry sliced onion till golden brown. 5. remove onion; drain add whole spices. 6. add rice and fry fry well. add peas, continue frying for 2-3minutes. 7. Add stock or hot water and salt. 8. cover and cook. 9. Finiesh off as for fried rice.
