Directions | How to make Peanut Thogayal
 
fry the peanut and redchillies in one spoon oil. Switch of the stove and now add asofotida and turmeric, so that it will not be burnt. Now blend the above with shredded coconut, tamarind and salt as required. just blend to a coarse thick paste. This peanut thogayal can be mixed with rice as well as a side dish for idli and dosa.

fry the peanuts to light brown colour to get agolden colour thogayal. can be mixed with rice using sesame oil. As a side dish for dosa and idli and adai.
