Description : This is good combination of peas with cooked with rice!Its very easy to prepare too!

Directions | How to make Peas Pulao
 
1)Wash Rice & soak it for 15 mins. 2)In a pan heat oil,add Mustard Seeds & Cumin seeds,let them splutter.Add Curry leaves,Green Chillies, garlic and Sliced onions fry for a min,add peas and fry for min.Turn Off Heat. 3)Add the above prepared mixture to Soked rice and mix.Then add salt to it ,mix and cook. 4)When rice is prepared Add lemon Juice and mix.Add salt if required. Serve it hot with any garvy.I usually serve it with Mutter Panner . (Note:-You can add 2 tsp of turmeric to the mixture,it well make rice yellow color.The above rice will be white in colour.I prepare both ways).
