1.Grind turmeric,cumin,chillies,coriander to a paste. 2.peel and cut potatoes into squares and wash well.cut the cauliflower into florettes and wash. 3.heat oil and fry the cauliflower .add the ground spices and potates and fry well. 4.add the green peas and enough water just to cover the vegetables. 5.add some curds, sugar and salt.when the vegetables are cooked remove from the fire . 6.add the tbsp of fat and gram masala powders.
