Description :
It is easy to prepare. It is good veg snack. and we can prepare it for some festivals also. it takes 30 to 45 minutes. all ingrediants are available in indian grocerrie store.

Directions | How to make Pindi Pulihora
Take 1 cup of Rice Ravva( we can soak Rice for 2 hours and place it in a dry cloth after that grind coarsely) Take one pan put 2 cups of water and boil it till bubbles come and add 2 table spoons of oil . Now add littile fried Ravva to this boiled water. cover with plate after that remove this content in a seperate plate. now take one pan put 3to 4 spoons tamarind paste.remove this also. now take 2 table spoons oil add 1 spoon channa dal, 2 spoons ududal, 4 to t red chillies, 1 spoon mustered seeds, pinch of hing powder,1/2 spoon of turmeric, currileaves, green chillies some add for tempering. Now take the boiled rice ravva plate , with that add tamarind paste, tempering and mix properly. now add salt according to your taste.
Recipe Tips
boil rice ravva properly. don't put so much oil. mix well before serving. boiling water is imp so that no lumps formed.
