Directions | How to make Pohe
 
1) Wash Poha, drain water using perforated dish. Add turmeric, salt and sugar, keep aside. 2) Take Oil. 3) Once Oil is hot , add mustard seeds. 4) Once mustard seeds splutter, add chopped green chillies, curry leaves. 5) Add pinch of hing. 6) Add chooped onions and cook till golden brown 7) Add garam masala 8) Add poha and 1/4 cup of water. 9) Add salt as per taste and Mix . 10) Cook on slow flame with lid closed on pot, till raw smell of turmeric evaporates. 12) Sprinkle chopped corriander leaves and switch of the flame. 12) Serve hot. ( Sprinkle somelemon juice for nice taste)
