there is another way to do podimas. u can use both boiled potatoes and banana (unripe one). for unripe banana u should boil it and crate it like we do for carrot salads. 1. Boil and mash potatoes roughly. 2. grind green chillies and ginger without water. 3. In oil put mustard seeds, broken urad dal, chenna dal, curry leaves, and also this chilli ginger paste. 4. Saute for a minute. 5. Add the roughly mashed potatoes and add salt to it. 6.mix them well switch off the stove and add coconut and lime juice. 7. Mix well and serve garnish with corriander leaves.
