Grind coconut and extract thick coconut milk,keep aside. Heat oil in a pan,add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves saute.Add all the ingredients,except tomato puree and curd.Cook for 3-4 minutes,stiring occasionaly.Add tomato puree and curd,mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes.Add prawns and stir fry for 5 minutes.Add water ,cover and cook till done,and curry leaves oil.Stir in coconut milk add garam-masala powder.Garnish with coriander leaves.
