Directions | How to make Pudeena(Mint) Rice
 
Grind Green Chillies, Pudeena ,Cilantro(kothimeera), salt to paste. Wash and soak rice in water. Keep aside. Heat Ghee and Oil in a pan. Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon fry a minute and add curry leaves. Add onions fry till light brown.Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry. Add ground paste and fry well. Add turmeric powder.Add sufficient water to cook the Rice. transfer to a rice cooker & let cook.When 3/4th done add lime, little Ghee mix,cover and cook till done.Can add cardamom powder too when you add lime.
