sliced nut, almond, chironji	grams	50
sugar	grams	225
Directions \| How to make Rabri

Boil milk in a deep thick saucepan. Stir continously for the first 20. min. There after stir 20 min. As the skin forms on the surface push it gently on otherside. Like wise let the skin accumulate on all the side of the pan. Boil until 3/4 milk dries up. Add sugar and stir till it is fully dissolved. Simmer for 5 min. Remove from fire. Add kewra water. Pour in a glass dish.
