Rasam is that type of comfort food..you would want to have after any heavy Entrée..this recipe will sure please your stomach.

Directions | How to make Rasam For A Curious Stomach
in a microwave safe bowl, add 2 cups of water & tomatos. microwave it for 10 mins..until tomatos becomes really soft. then transfer to a vessel and add green chilles,ginger, rasam powder, Salt & 1/2 a cup of coriander leaves, boil it on a stove for 10 minutes. until the raw smell of tomatos is gone.. seasonings: in a small pan, add ghee, roast cumin & mustard seeds, add hing, dry red chilli.. now add seasonings to the prepared rasam & also add remaining coriander to rasam.. serve hot with rice & side dish (potato fry is the best combination)
