Description : Rincled potatoes delicius to be as companion to sauce based dishes, like Salmorejo Chiken or Coriander Sauce Fish.

Directions \| How to make Rincled Potatoes

-We clean really good the potatoes, and place them on the pot. -Add water till we cover them good and a bit more. -Add the salt. -Boil them till they are cooked. -Remove only the water from the pan and take it again to the fire, shaking the pot continously untill the potatoes get some "rincles" on the skin and the extra salt solidifies arround it. - Ready to serve. Enjoy

Is much better if we use small siced potatoes.	To serve with Salmorejo Chicken, Coriander Fish, sauces or even only oil and vinegar
