To make sprouts,soak the grains for 8 hrs,drain well and keep for a night in hotbox. Soak corn separately. Soak uraddal,green gram,mace,millet,soya,horsegram,raagi and wheat. Soak and make sprouts of above ingredients. Then dry the sprouts in room temperature and dry roast in medium flame little by little.(till smell comes) Dry roast the remaining ingredients too except elaichi. Powder all together and store in air-tight container.
GIVE IN MORNING: PORRIDGE: MIX 1 TBSP OF POWDER,SUGAR TO 1 CUP OF MILK AND DISOLVE. KEEP ON STOVE AND BOIL FOR 2-5 MTS. GIVE IN THE EVENING: HEALTHY LADDU HEALTH MIX(POWDER)-1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR-1 CUP GHEE-1/4 CUP(DEPENDS) MIX THE POWDER AND SUGAR POWDER EVENLY. HEAT THE GHEE AND ADD TO POWDER MIX,LITTLE BY LITTLE. MAKE BALLS.
