Put oil in a pan. Add onions & saute them. Add chopped ginger,chillies,red chilli powder,salt ,black pepper powder. Cook them for 5 min. Take a bowl, add boiled potatoes, peas, white sauce, spagetti noodles, onion paste into a bowl .Mix them properly. Make a roll. Roll it on bread crumbs. Deep fry till light brown. Serve hot with mint yoghurt dip.
