Heat olive oil in a pan Add the chicken pcs, let brown a bit. Add mushrooms - saute a little Add white wine, salt and pepper. Then add the milk and butter (just coat the butter cubes with flour). Add the saffron (soaked with a few drops of warm water) Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 mins at 325F
