Sprinkle inside and outside of fish, brush with vegetable oil. Put in a pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Fry onions with vegetable oil till tender. Add them to the fish. Mix tahini with 1/4 cup water very well before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. (Add enough water to make it drip from a tablespoon.) Pour tahini mixture over the fish and bake for 30 minutes longer. Before serving, decorate with fried pinenuts and dash of red pepper. Serve with pickles, salads and fried pita bread.
