Description :
This is a classic sambhar podi recipe that my grandmother passed over to me when I first started cooking. I would like to share this recipe with all of you.

Directions | How to make Sambhar Podi ( Tamil Nadu Style)
Fry toor dal, channa dal moong dal and fenugreek in a kadai seperately until they are golden brown and set aside to cool. In the same kadai fry the red chillies until they change colour a little bit. Then just heat up coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black peppercorns. Grind all the ingredients together to a fine powder in mixie
