Directions | How to make Semiya Dosa
 
1. In a bowl, add vermicelli, curd, rice flower and salt. Add little water and prepare the batter a little thinner than the consistency of a normal dosa batter. 2. Grind ginger, green chilli together in a mixer and add to the batter. 3. Now add finely chopped onions (if you don't prefer onions, you can skip it. Dosa still does taste great.) 4. Add finely chopped curry leaves. 5. Heat the tava and pour the dosa batter in the outer to inner direction in a way similar to wheat dosa. Dont pour the batter and spread with the laddle.) 6. Add few drops of oil and turn the dosa once it is cooked. Let it cook from the other side aswell. Remove the dosa and serve with any chutney of your choice. Tips - Cook the dosa in a low to medium flame and not on high flame. The dosa tastes good even without any side dish.
