Directions | How to make Shahi Pulao
 
1.Soak rice for 30mins. 2.Take a pan add oil,shahi jeera & little sugar.Mix it well so that the sugar caramalizes & gives brown color. 3.Add onions to it,ginger garlic paste ,add slit green chillies ,chopped mint ,coriander & salt.saute well. 4.Add the soaked rice with double amount of water. 5.Cook rice by covering it with the lid.Add fried onions when 90% cooked. 6.It is ready to be served.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
If rice is soaked for half -hour then reduce the amount of water by half cup from the total amount of water required for cooking. Serve it with shahi paneer.
