Directions | How to make Shrimp -(Royala) Pachadi
 
Preparation 1.Clean and devein the shrimp. 2.Add turmeric powder, salt and Keep it aside. 3.Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside 4.Dry roast Fenugreek Seeds,Coriander seeds,black mustard seeds,black pepper corns,cloves and cinnamon sticks on low heat, until the seeds change colour to pale brown. 5.Remove from heat, cool and make into a fine powder, keep aside. 5.Heat oil in a pan, 6.Add shrimp. and fry shrimp. until the pieces turn pink,and shrimp becomes hard, 7.Remove from oil, keep aside 7.In the remaining oil, over medium-low heat, fry ginger-garlic paste. 8.Add red chilly powder and powdered spices to it and fry for 3 minutes 9.Mix well and next add shrimp and lime juice. 10.Heat little oil in a small pan and add mustards to the hot oil, once they start popup add Curry leaves, add this to the shrimp. 11.Allow the stuff to cool down. 12.Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
