Directions \| How to make Sorakaaya Vada

Peel the sorakaaya and grate it. In this add finely chopped (onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves), jeera, soda, salt and at last add rice flour till the mixture becomes hard batter. Take the dough and shape them like vada. Heat oil in a frying pan and drop the vada and fry them till it becomes golden brown and remove it.
