red chilli powder	tbsp	1/2
rice flour	cup	2
salt	to taste
sorakai	small	1
yellow moong dal	tbsp	1
Directions \| How to make Sorrakai Dosa (Anapakai Dosa)

soak moon dal for half an hour initially.grate the peeled sorakkai.mix the rice flour along with the grated sorakkai and yellow moong dal.add red chilli powderand salt to taste along with water,mix the dough just as chappati dough.then heat the dosa pan.make small rolls from the dough and pat the dough on the pan.you can as well pat them on a plastic sheet.then roast it as we do for dosa...
