Serve with chappathi or rice.
Boil water for 2 minutes and add soya chunks and salt and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Filter water and crush soya chunks to dry and cut into small pieces. Add chilli powder, salt and corriander powder to soya chunks and mix well and keep it for 30 minutes. Fry the soya chunks mixture with less amount of oil. Keep the fried soya chunks aside. Add oil in the pan and add fenugreek, jeera and curry leaves, add onion and fry till it gets transparent and add tomato. Mix coconut, garlic cloves, pepper and saunf in a blender and add mixer to the onion and tomato fry, after few minutes add fried soya chunks and crushed pepper and water(if needed). Cook till it becomes gravy..
Serve with side dish for cappathi or rice..
