Red Curry paste (available in asian store)	0	2 tbsp

Tomatoe	cup	half
vegetable stock	cup	half
Directions \| How to make Soya Gravy

Boil hot water with little salt and cook Soya chunks for 15 mints and drain the water. In kadai add oil and butter..add black elachi and jeera, once cooked add red curry paste, once it is well cooked in oil add onions...once half done,Crush garlic and saunf and add to the onions..after onion turns golden brown,Now add soya chunks and peas. Add tomatoes..Let them cook well until oil comes out..... Now add Vegetable stock and little water for consistency..Let it boil and simmer for 10 mints until oil oozes out from gravy.... Taste good for chapathi and paratha...
