Directions | How to make Soya Bean Pakoda
 
1. Soak Soya beans for 4 hrs and grind it. This should not be like a fine paste. 2. Add rice flour, garam masala powder, salt, chilli powder, 1 sp of greenchilli-ginger paste, onions, baking soda, mint leaves, corriander leaves, curry leaves to the soya paste. Add some water if required to mix. 3. Make small round balls and deep fry in oil.
Serving Ideas
It can be served with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
