Directions | How to make Spicy Rasam
 
1)Boil tamrind ,turmeric power,salt,tomatoes for 5 mins with some water 2)then make a paste geera , pepper, garlic,red chillies without water. 3) put oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing , 4) then pour this to the mixture which was boiled (1st step) add some more water & corinder leaves keep only till you see some froth & turn off the stove.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Note : 1)Plz do not cook for long time after seasoning ,turn off once you see the froth. 2)This will not get spoiled very fast can be kept for a weak This rasam will be too good to have with fish fry, lamb fry, chicken fry, nor even tastes good with chips.
