Directions \| How to make Sprouted Moong

Wash sprouted moong. pour enough water to cover the sprouts and add chillies. cook gently over low heat until tender but crisp. add the ground paste & salt. mix well & simmer over low heat until done (ensure moong stays crisp & crunchy & doesn't get overcooked & mushy). heat oil. add cumin seeds & add hing & curry leaves. pour over the boilded sprouts & mix well. serve hot.
