Ingredients used in Stuffed Gola Paratha
• Oil - 1 tablespoon teaspoons.
• Green chilly - to taste to taste.
• Black pepper - to taste to taste.
• Cheese - to taste to taste.
• Mayonnaise - one tablespoon tablespoons.
• Vegetables - 100 grams slice.
• Water - one standard tea cup cup.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Milk - 75 ml ml.
• Egg - one beaten egg numbers.
• Flour - 50 grams grams.
Method:

Step1:Mix the flour, beaten egg, milk, water and salt thoroughly and make a smooth mixture. Step2:Heat a big saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of oil into it. Pour the mixture prepared and spread evenly all over the saucepan and fry till the colour changes to light brown. Toss the side and fry till the colour changes same way. Step3:Boil the vegetables, which could include cauliflower, carrots, beans, broccoli, capsicum cut into very fine pieces and add some salt and pepper into it. Step4:Pour the vegetables on the prepared Gola Parantha, add mayonnaise and grated cheese, chopped green chillies and cover the parantha like envelope and seal with a toothpick from the top. Serve hot.
