1.wash the gourd and peel. 2.cut a slice off at the stem and.scoop out the seeds . 3.rub inside with a salt and set aside . 4.mix together coriander powder,chilli powder ,turmeric chopped coriander leaves,lime juice ,grated coconut, mawa,garam masala sugar and salt. 5.stuff the gourds with the prepared mixture. 6.put the top slices back.fix with tooth picks . 7.cook in a moderate oven using oil to baste till soft .serve hot.
