1. Slice tops of capsicums . 2. Remove seeds and wash . 3. Apply salt and inside and keep upside down on a rack . 4. Boil potatoes . Peel and dice. chop onion . 5 . Heat fat and fry onion ,add diced potatoes and spices and salt and saute . 6. Fill capsicums with potato mixture . 7. Arrange on a backing tray . Pour worcester sauce over and bake in a slow oven till capsicums are tender .
