Directions | How to make Thick Curry Leaf Gravy
Method: 1. Heat the pan, pour oil into it. When hot, fry the red chilli, jeera, and dhania, curry leaves, coconut in the same sequence. Grind it. 2. Now splutter the mustard seeds, fry the onions, pour the tamarind paste. When it boils, add this ground paste. 3. Add salt as needed and boil the whole mixture till it gets thick. It cures constipation, hairfall, good for GI problems.
