Besan Flour	cup	3
coriander leaves	0
coriander powder	tsp	1
green chillies	number	2
Red chilli powder	tsp	0.5
salt	to taste
Tomato	small	1
Directions \| How to make Tomato Besan Omlette( Eggless)

Mix Besan flour, salt, coriander powder, green chillies,coriander leaves, Red chilli powder. Blend tomato in the blender and add it to the mixture.Add required amount of water and make it like a dosa batter.IF u want u can even chop the tomatoes fine and add it to the mixture. Heat tawa once it is hot add the batter from outside the pan to inside put oil wait for 1-2 mins turn the omlette on the other side . Tomato omlette is ready to serve..

IF u like cheese u can sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of it fold the omlette and serve	Tomato sauce will be very good for this.
