1. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out pulp .Sprinkle with salt and place inverted on racks . 2 . BOil and mash lentil and potatoes . 3. Chop onons and chillies . 4. Heat part of the fat and fry onions . 5. Mix together onions ,chillies and salt with mashed lentil and potatoes .. 6. Cool mixture and fill tomatoes . 7. Firmly press down stuffing .Put tops of tomatoes on , like lids ,and seal with flour and water paste . 8. Heat fat .Fry the tomatoes first on sealed side . When browned ,turn and fry all over . Cook coverd till tomatoes are quite soft .
