1. Dip tomatoes in hot water for a while. Remove theirskin and whisk the pulp to make puree.
2. Heat oil on low heat. Add maida and fry deep till light golden.
3. Add tomatoes puree, water, white chill and onions. Stir and mix togeather thoroughly.
4. Cook till the sause thickens. Add sugar stir all the time.
5. Cook till water dries out. turn the heat off and add cream. mix together throughly and serve.
