Directions | How to make Tommy Omlette
Cut half the tomato into small small pieces. Cut the two chillies into minute pieces. Half the boiled potato needs to be masshed properly. Cut the edges of the bread slices and cut the breads into small small dices. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them until they evenise. Add salt, spices as per taste required to be. As you stir make sure these spices and salt do not form lumps inside. Crush the lumps if any formed. Add milk to this if required and stir well. Meanwhile, keep the frying pan warmed up and with two table spoons of oil in it. Let not the oil get burn the pan too much. Keep the gas stove simmer. Now transfer the contents viz., tomatoes, chillies, potatoes and bread dices into the egg beat. Gently stir the contents and transfer the contents on the warmed up pan (Make sure the pan isn't too hot to burn the egg off). As you transfer the contents, make sure the contents viz., tomato, potato, chillies, and bread are all scattered evenly in the pan and not congested at the centre or sides. Now cook the contents for a minute and then change the side of the omlette carefully. Contents might spill out while changing side but not to worry. As you change the side, press the omlette a little to cook the other side . Make sure the Omlette is not overcooked or gets very brown from the bottom. Cook for about a minute or two. Cut the readied omlette in the desired shape and serve with Tomato Sauce.
