Directions | How to make Turkey Cutlets - Indian Style
 
Mix well all above ingredients in a bowl. Roll into golf size balls, flatten into a cutlet and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Keeping in the friedge helps to hold them firm. Heat oil in a fry pan, fry the cutlets about 5 to 6 mins on each side until golden brown. Do not over cook or they will become too dry. Serve hot or cold. I make these and keep in the fridge for the kids inbetween meals snacks. They just pick a bread, place a cutlet in it. Its a healthy snack as compared to those chips and deepfried foods that are available
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
These can also be skewered and grilled in the oven but stov top makes it more simple and easy for regular meals. Serve with Indian bread and grilled onions on the side
