Directions | How to make Turkey Ball Gravy
 
In a large bowl grounded turkey,1 cup onion,2 gr chilly finely chopped, cumin seeds,curry leaves,corinder leaves, tumeric pdr, chopped ginger garlic,salt mix it well and make a medium size balls. for gravy in cooking kadai put some oil ,cumin seeds, whole garam masala, fry the onion nicely add ginger garlic paste or chopped gr chilly, tomotos nicely fried then corinder pdr,chilly pdr,tumeric pdr,cumin pdr half cup of cocunut milk otherwise grind the cocunut with little bit of cumin seeds giger garlic.add some water. the get to start boil now u put turkey balls if too much gravy boiled the ball will smashed so carfull after 1o min the ball is cooked add the curry leaves and corinder leaves.u can make without cocunut the taste is little bit vary.the ginded cocunut paste is good for this. u can use Goat insted of turkey meat but u have to gind or chopped very.. finely in chennai they will cut the mutton in Tamil we say 'Kotthu kari'. for veg half cup of doordhall and half channa dall. u have to choke for 2 hoursand grind like little less of pepper size and mix,the same process for making ball, for gravy after adding cocunut paste add half cup of tumrin(puli) juice and the same.really its taste is very good.u can cook this ball in idli cooker. put 1 drop oil in idli plate and place the ball. it will ready 5min. after the gray boil u put the ball. it less ur cooking times. im not able to put the pic. if u r in chennai it's very famous in veg people.ask ur chefs in tamil 'paruppu orundai kuzhumpu. I'm from madurai (meenakshi temple). now i'm in U.S.i saw ur videos. it's very tasty. thank u very much.
