1.heat the oil in a kadai, add fenugreek, fennel and curry leaves.when they crackle add sliced madras onions, and peeled and cut garlic. 2.add lamb, turmeric and fry well. 3.add salt and just enough water to cover meat.cover and cook. 4.add coconut into 1/2 cubes when meat is half-done. 5.cook till dry continue frying till meat is done. 6.for a bright colour,add rogan or chilli powder.
