Description :
Got bored with daily routine menu?? Try out vangi bhath as it is easy to prepare and is a very tasty rice with a good flavour of pulses and corriander.

Directions | How to make Vangi Bhath
1. Masala: Take all pulses, jeera and dhaniya in a pan and fry it without oil with low flame. Now grind it to make a fine powder. 2. Cook rice and put it in a bowl. Add the masala powder to hot rice. 3. Now take a pan heat oil & add mustard seeds, jeera, green chilly and finely chopped onions. Once the onion turns to golden color add finely chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and turmeric to it and let it cook for a min. Now add finely chopped brinjal and mixed vegetables(preferably carrot, potato, beans) Once the vegetables are fried and cooked properly, add salt to it. Then add this vegetable stuff to the rice bowl and mix the rice thoroughly. Now the vangi bhath is ready to eat
Recipe Tips
Serving Ideas
Masala powder can be prepared and stored for longer use. This makes the preperation quicker.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with raitha(optional).
