Directions | How to make Vankaaya Pulusu Pachadhi
 
Apply oil to brinjal Bake it in the oven (like bhegan Bhurtha). Peel skin mash with spoon softly. Then add temarind juice, Finely chopped onoins, Chopped green chillies, Salt and surar mix very well. Then take pan heat 1 Tsp of oil fry channadaal,urad daal, mustered seeds, jeera,curry leave once it fry pour this seasoning in brinjal mix. Note: keep 2 hours side after mix with white rice it will be very tasty
