Take noodles in a bowl and put water. Boil the noodles until they become soft. Now strain the noodles until all the water is removed. Put 1/2 tbsp of oil and mix using a fork.
Chop chillies, onions and green leaves of spring onions finely.
Chop carrots into fine pieces and cut Beans diagonally. Then put the cut pieces into a bowl and boil them.
After all the vegetables are chopped put oil in a pan put the chillies and onions and spring onions into the pan after the oil becomes hot.
After the onions turn transparent put the boiled vegetables (carrot and beans) and cook.
After the vegetables are cooked put the noodles and stir well. Keep on stirring for a while and then empty the contents of pan into a serving dish.
